Spawns a fresh server from the code on disk, runs uv sync
if deps changed, polls /healthz, then atomically flips
traffic. A failed boot rolls back — the current server keeps running.
Expect a brief WebSocket drop (~2-5s); the app reconnects on its own.
This saves a handoff snapshot to SESSION-CONTEXT.md,
disconnects the current text-mode Claude session, and starts a
fresh one. Voice mode and this browser connection stay put.
